My advice would be to steer clear of this shop. This shop also excessively charged Progressive for the parts used (much more than retail prices), which I made sure to make Progressive aware of. My vehicle had to go back to this shop a 2nd time for them to redo all of the original work performed due to several issues, poor workmanship, and just an overall lack of quality. User ( 18:03) This shop was used by Progressive to perform repairs on my vehicle after a Progressive insured driver rear ended me. They had our car fixed quickly and correctly. I'll definitely trust them if I ever need more body work. I seriously can't say enough about my surprise here - that's above and beyond ! Thanks guys.
They took care of it and even covered my car rental. I called Caliber back and Boomer told me to bring it back in. User ( 07:33) I had my car repaired through my insurance company and about 6 months later I noticed something that wasn't exactly right. They kept us informed through the whole process and the work was beautifully done. They greeted us by name when we arrived, had our rental car called for and on site by the time we finished paperwork. So we took our car there after an accident. User ( 22:49) Did a great job repairing our daughter's car when she was in an accident. I loved that they answered all the questions that I didn't even know to ask.
